Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization
The Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization was formed in 1950 The quantity of the teachers having a scientific degree is more than 75 %. There is doctor's and master's theses protection council. For 5 years 2 doctor's and 15 master's theses were protected. 12 monographies, more than 70 textbooks and manuals were published, about 500 articles, every fourth was published in the editions recommended by Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation Ministry of Education and Science. Scientific research results were protected by 79 patents of the Despite demographic and economic complexities, faculty remains claimed on the market of educational services. New specialities and specialisation directions that allows to fill requirements for engineering shots not only agriculture, but also other branches of economy have been opened. V.R. Markov, V.H. Maliev, V.E. Kulaev, U.M. Shapran, M.L. Pantuh, I.V. Kapustin. V. Maljuchenko, A.K. Kobozev are working educational, scientific and development activity at high level. Worthy continuers of traditions of faculty are I.V. Orljansky, V.I. Marchenko, A.T. Lebedev, V.S. Kojchev, S.D. Ridny. They have organised work of perspective research laboratories of faculty where innovative projects are developed and 5 projects under the program "START" have been successfully realized. Their post-graduate students and students repeatedly won at creative competitions of "Participant of youth scientific innovation competition". Teachers Е.M. Zubrilina, L.I. Vysochkina, N.J. Zemljanushnova became winners of the Russian competition of intellectual projects "START" (2010), having won million grants in 3 directions of researches.
Its students - young scientists Е.V. Kulaev, M.V. Danilov, D.I. Gritsaj, V.A. Alekseenko, I.P. Ljahov, D.V. Ivanov, I.G. Skorohodov are going to take in their hands the future of the faculty. «The theory of mechanisms and a detail of cars» department is supervised by the senior lecturer I.V. Orljansky. Teachers actively use in educational process the automated graphic editors «COMPAS-3D», «AutoCad», complexes for calculation and designing of cars and mechanisms of automated workplace WinMachine, modern technologies of 3D - prototyping and «return engineering» which are applied in the leading design centers of The basic directions of research activity are: - Designing and optimization of productions (the supervisor of studies is the senior lecturer I.V. Orljansky); - Working out of baromembrane methods of a filtration of liquid high-molecular polydisperse systems through nanoporous environments (the supervisor of studies is professor S.P. Babenyshev). Senior lecturer A.A. Kozhuhov is the head of «Technologies and resistance of materials» department. The staff among the first has mastered modern multimedia means for tuition, has prepared electronic variants of lectures and laboratory material and successfully uses them in lecture and specialized audiences. The teaching staff of the department offered new educational technology – in-built education. Because of its introduction, more than 20 first year students are now receiving an additional education of the technician-builder. The department activity basic directions are electric mains durability increase measures development; shock action universal skating rinks substantiation; working out of technological means of transportation for people with disabilities. The head of «Cars and technologies in animal industries» department is senior lecturer V.I. Marchenko. The staff prepare engineering shots both for large industrial cattle-breeding complexes, and for farms. Thus the department offers its own unique technologies and the means promoting the solving of problems of mechanization in animal industries. Small enterprise At chair the small innovative enterprise «Biotechnology of the future» Ltd. was created on the department base due to the R&D program «START-2005» of Enterprises small forms development assistance fund in scientific and technical sphere. Employees create the unique innovative project “Poultry farming waste processing recourse saving technology with useful products reception”. Now the process equipment of the innovative project is installed on the territory of the strategic partner of university Joint-Stock Company “Integrated poultry farm «Shpakovsky».
One of the releasing departments of the faculty is the technical service and repair of the cars department that gives knowledge and practical skills to the future engineers in the field of the organization and technology of repair of cars and the agriculture equipment (the head of department is senior lecturer Е.M. Zubrilina). For last 5 years department staff have participated in 48 international, All-Russia and regional conferences. Their scientific and technical workings out have been presented at 17 international exhibitions, salons and 6 agro industrial exhibitions, 2 silver medals and more than 20 diplomas of winners and participants are received. Now 2 projects due to the program «START-2010» (by senior lecturers Е.M. Zubrilina and N.J. Zemljanushnova) and 2 projects of young scientific (senior teacher I.V. Zaharin, post-graduate student D.V. Prokopov under the guidance of senior lecturer A.T. Lebedev) are developing. Set of knowledge of laws and methods of an effective utilization of tractors, cars, agricultural and ameliorative cars is mastered on “Operation of machine tractor park” department (senior lecturer M.V. Danilov is the head of it). Wishing to hold successfully positions of the leader, the department has begun serious reorganization of the work. The considerable sum has been enclosed in radical modernization of material base. As a result educational possibilities of department on subject “Technical operation of transport and technological cars and the equipment” have sharply increased. The established modern diagnostic equipment of leading foreign manufacturers has allowed to create Training centre and retraining of experts of agrarian and industrial complex in which there is everything for preparation of the experts owning modern methods of diagnostics of cars. Formation of the universal dispatching centre is coming to an end which will allow to trace the information on use of machine tractor park (loading, optimum structure of the unit, a technical condition, economic efficiency, etc.) and to react operatively on it. Its rich history, unique educational base and last workings out in nano technological area is pride of “Tractors and cars” department. In the course of teaching of disciplines visual aids, the test beds, operating breadboard models are used. The total area of laboratory premises makes nearby “Agricultural cars” department staff (senior lecturer Е.V. Kulaev is the head of department) has scientific traditions in the field of perfection of technologies and means for exact seeding of seeds, planting of sprouts vegetable and cultivation of hoered cultures, cleaning of grain and seeds of a lucerne, preparation and storage of rough forages, modern exact agriculture. The experts occupied in any links of agribusiness, should have skills of management of agricultural machinery and cars, and engineers are obliged to do it professionally. This problem is successfully coped by the youngest "Inservice training" department (senior lecturer V.A. Alekseenko is the head of department). The increased level of modern technologies in an agricultural production shows increased requirements to engineers preparation quality. For optimization of educational and scientific work by faculty staff in June, 2010 it was decided to organize new “Processes and cars in agribusiness” department on the basis of “Operation of machine tractor park” and “Agricultural cars” departments, and also “Mobile vehicles” on the basis of “Tractors and cars” and «Inservice» training" department.
The further development of faculty is carried out thanks to created as a result of realisation of the project "Education" innovative divisions. They are educational scientific and technical centre “Designing and optimisation of mechanical systems and productions” (the head is the senior lecturer I.V. Orljansky); “Restoration and hardening of details of cars” educational, research and production centre (the head is senior lecturer A.T. Lebedev); scientifically-consultation centre “Exact agriculture” (the head - senior lecturer S.D. Ridny); “Fuels-lubricants and power supply systems of auto tractor engines” educational scientific laboratory (the head is senior lecturer V.S. Kojchev); “Agrarian biotechnologies” laboratory (the head is senior lecturer V.I. Marchenko). On the basis of these divisions students have their tuition; post-graduate students, PhD student and scientific staff of the faculty hold researches at high level; seminars for agriculture engineering services workers are held on improvement of professional skills; means and productions designing innovative technologies, technologies of exact agriculture on the basis of geo information systems are studied and implanted into manufacture; influence of properties of fuel on an overall performance of auto tractor engines is investigated; animal industries waste processing effective technologies are developed and implemented. Pride of mechanization of agriculture faculty are students that are active participants of a university life. For several years the best of them leave for practical trainings at enterprises of Employees of faculty propagandize a healthy way of life, participating in various sports and cultural events.
